Frozen seafood is a great way to whip-up a quick but decadent dinner in no time.
There are so many benefits to buying frozen seafood – not least because you can stock up on it and eat as and when the fancy takes you. Seafood is also rich in omega-3 fatty acids and packed with vitamins and minerals, and the freezing process helps retain all the goodness. Here are some of our favourite ways to enjoy sensational seafood.
1. Seafood soup
This lush fish soup is packed with prawns and cod and is on the table in 25 minutes. Serve with a squeeze of lemon juice and a crusty fresh-baked roll for a light yet satisfying healthy lunch. See recipe for seafood soup.
